Touchpoint Dashboard, LLC (TouchpointDashboard.com) the world’s first and leading customer journey mapping platform, today announced that Annette Franz has been named vice president of customer experience.
In this new role, Franz will design and implement Touchpoint Dashboard’s global customer experience strategy, which includes client onboarding and training, loyalty and retention programs, as well as developing and providing journey mapping consulting services. Franz will also support Touchpoint Dashboard’s marketing and strategic thought leadership activities.

Franz joins Touchpoint Dashboard with over 20 years of experience in the customer experience field, dating back to the early 1990s, when she cut her teeth at J.D. Power and Associates. In the last 15 years, she has spent time in leadership and consulting roles at several leading enterprise feedback management software companies.
